Policy of quality control

The basic aim of Ferrostal Łabędy is the maintenance and constant improvement of the level of quality of the products manufactured in the form of steel billets in order for the requirements and expectations of our clients to be fulfilled and for our products to be competitive with relation to the best producers of the world.
The policy of quality control in our company is realized by the following:

• the production of goods in accordance with the requirements agreed on with our clients, while also matching the technical and trading documentation in full, as well as legal regulations.
• implementation of changes in the technological process resulting from the current analysis of needs, requirements and remarks of our clients.
• constant improvement of the qualifications of our personnel.
• complete level of involvement of all employees in qualitative actions in accordance with the unequivocally defined sense of responsibility and range of duties.

The guarantee of the achievement of the aim set out is the realization of the POLICY OF QUALITY CONTROL of the management of Ferrostal company, as well as the obligations stemming from each employee, the level of involvement in the work carried out, as well as the responsibility for the appropriate level of execution in accordance with the expectations of our clients.
The full realization of our POLICY OF QUALITY CONTROL facilitates the functioning of the SYSTEM OF QUALITY in Ferrostal Łabędy on the basis of the norm PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 and the obligation of the Management Board to respect all established details in this area.
